Since a management buyout in 2002, the company has been taking innovative advantage of new telecoms markets and has evolved dramatically from the original core product – phone systems, to multiple business telecoms offerings.

Now, phone systems remainsl a core part of our business, and we have 3 other telecoms products and services developed and integrated in the business, to provide our customers with complete communication solutions.

In 2005 the company changed from offering customers third party carriers to route calls (we were Eurocall's largest dealer) to become a full calls and lines reseller with our own system to bill customers (Aurora Kendrick Jones) directly for their calls. This required huge investment and a move to new premises.

In 2006 we gained the status of BT Open Reach Wholesale Partner, meaning we were able to provide phone line installations and rental at competitive prices, backed up by a dedicated in-house support team.

In 2007 we recognised that broadband would become a key market for telecoms and VoIP, partnering with Griffin to sell white labelled broadband..

In 2008, thanks to our expertise and call volumes we became one of a select number of UK companies to sign an agreement with Opal to resell their NGN (Next Generation Network) calls and broadband products - providing our customers with unprecedented broadband speed at competitive rates.

In 2008 we also established a dedicated Mobile department to reflect customer demand and secured VSP agreement to sell Vodaphone and O2 as well as Gamma mobile.

In 2009 we established a dedicated broadband and leased line department to take full advantage of the Opal agreement. We also signed strategic partnership agreements with several high profile ISP (Internet Service Providers) allowing us to provide leased line and data solutions for customer wide area networks.
