The Networks department team incorporates calls and lines sales, services and support as well as billing services and fault assistance. Equipment Sales covers business phone system sales, installation, maintenance support and peripherals / add-on services.
 The business mobile department provides complete top-to-bottom sales, consultancy and support services for business mobile fleets of all sizes. The Broadband team cover sales, provision and support of our Fastlane ADSL and SDSL uncontended business broadband services. Essential to the running of the business, our accounts and administration teams ensure smooth delivery of services to staff, customers and suppliers.

Our phone systems sales team provides free and unbiased telephone system consultancy and advice, covering all aspects of business telecoms.

They arrange free site surveys for cabling and prepare specifications and proposals as part of the evaluation process.

Our technical sales advisors also provide equipment demonstrations and can help with technical discussions to provide clarification.

Your Technical sales advisor remains in place as your account manager, should you decide to use us as your phone system provider / maintainer.


Phone System Installations
Three teams of fully trained and accredited phone system installers are responsible for carrying out phone system implementation.

Systems are installed with zero business disruption and all users are trained by our own staff from the install teams.


Phone System Post-Sales & Support
A comprehensive in-house team of experienced engineers and programmers provides over-the-telephone and remote support via our system remote access facilities.

We can provide fault diagnosis, system programming and technical advice, as well as supplying and fitting additional telephones and phone system expansions with the post-sales team.
