TELEPHONE CALLS COSTS, FULLY ITEMISED WITH SUMMARIES
ONE BILL FOR ALL CALLS
All calls will route apart from 999 and BT Operator Services like 123.
With :
Per Second Billing - All outgoing calls are charged on a per second basis with a minimum charge of 0p (BT minimum charge 4.2p).
Home worker Connection - Any member of staff making business calls from home can charge the cost of individual calls to your account. The cost of the call is the same whether it is made from the home or the office. Each home worker line is shown individually on your monthly bill allowing you to monitor its usage.
Each business call can be routed via by simply prefixing the number dialled with for example ‘1390’. For dedicated business lines at home, Carrier Pre-Selection can be applied at the BT exchange and this will ensure all your calls are automatically routed. Fax and Data traffic even on ISDN lines can be routed.
Fully Itemised Billing - can provide either a fully itemised paper bill or alternatively just over 50p or £1. Also available free of charge are your calls on a disc using Call Manager software.

BILLING
Billing - Billing from is generally done on a monthly basis with payment by either invoice or direct debit. You have the option to receive one bill for multiple sites.
The front page of the bill would show total call charges and a call charge summary between local, national, international and mobile calls.
The next page will breakdown charges on a per line basis. This would include fax and modem lines, non-geographic numbers (0800/0845/0870) plus any home worker lines connected.
Each line on your account could be allocated a specific name for easy identification. Also shown is the number of calls per line, total minutes and total cost.
The next pages will provide you with an international summary by country, a national breakdown by town and a mobile breakdown by network.
This would be followed by a call summary showing 10 most frequently dialled locations, top 10 locations by minutes, top ten locations by charges and top ten numbers by cost.
Also shown would be a graphical summary showing number of calls per day and average number of calls per hour.
This would be followed by a detailed call analysis itemising calls over 50p or all calls if required, giving date of call, day, time, destination, number dialled, duration and cost.
