Key responsibilities
Provide telephone, Remote Assistance and onsite support for our telephone system customers, with an emphasis on telephony applications

Essential Requirements
In depth knowledge of SV8100/Aspire telephony with advanced knowledge of NEC applications MyCalls & UCB
Strong skills in IP networking, VoIP, ISDN, ACD, CTI and general telephony.
Thorough understanding of the current Microsoft Windows environment (server and client)
Any knowledge of NEC/Nitsuko legacy systems & applications or Avaya and Splicecom telephone systems / applications would be an advantage

The role is primarily office based but will also require customer site visits. Applicants should be within 30 minute commute of our offices and willing to work outside of normal office hours, including weekends.

You will need excellent customer service and communication skills and be able to liaise confidently with customers and service providers.

Starting salary is based on skills and experience, circa £22k - £30K + car + overtime

Full-Time Experienced Telecoms Equipment Installation Engineers

We require Full-time experienced Telecoms Equipment Engineers to join our Installations department. EXPERIENCE IN TELEPHONE SYSTEM INSTALLATION IS ESSENTIAL, AND KNOWLEDGE OF NEC, AVAYA & SPLICECOM WILL BE AN ADVANTAGE

Applicants will also be currently living within 60 miles of Basingstoke, UK.

The role will involve programming, installation, training and fault finding on NEC, Avaya and Splicecom telephone systems. You will need good personal skills and be able to liaise with customers and service providers. Telecoms experience is essential and product knowledge of NEC, Avaya or Splicecom would be an advantage although not a pre-requisite. Comprehensive training on products is provided.

Salary will be Circa £20k – £30k based on experience and we will provide a company vehicle.
