This is NEC’s entry-level application that helps provide a real-time snapshot of your call traffic plus a set of useful historical call reports. The software is installed on a single newtorked PC and is provided free for the first 12 months as a trial.

At the end of the free trial period you can decide what MyCalls call logging option would suit your business best.

 MyCalls Manager

Upgrade your trial version to the full MyCalls Manager version. This provides the full complement of management information and allows extra modules and users to be added as your business requirements grow. Recieve alerst and regular reports via email, and install the application on additional computers within the business.

Multi-site businesses and corporate enterprises can monitor and manage call traffic centrally with one application collecting call data from all of the telephone systems within the organisation.

A new addition to MyCalls Basic and MyCalls Call Manager, providing CRM integration to many popular database applications plus additional caller and extension usage details and statistics.

 

 

MyCalls Recorder

A simple addition to the Call Manager and Call Centre applications providing full call recording capability. Calls are recorded securely, encrypted and easily accessed via the same single call logging application.

The call recording equipment connects to your telephone lines and delivers the call recordings to a PC via a USB connection. Settings can be configured to exclude certain telephone numbers and/or extensions from the recording process. For instance, you may only want to record the conversations of your sales team.

Conversations can be played back, saved, archived and emailed to colleagues and managers, making the call recorder a superb training and customer service management tool.
