Many UK businesses need new telephone numbers for many reasons. Mostly they are necessary when relocating or moving to new premises, and more and more companies now conisder having diversion services in place in case of emergencies or shut-downs.

We offer a host of call redirection packages, suited to your individual business needs.

Emergency Call Divert - For ISDN2 and Analogue phone lines
Just call us to divert your calls to a telephone number of your choice.

Site Assurance - For ISDN30 phone lines
Calls are diverted to a pre-arranged telephone number. Just call us to activate it when you need it.

Non-Geographic Numbers
If you use 0800, 0845, 03 or virtual numbers, just call us to change the number provisioning.

Relocation Diversion Services

RCF - Remote Call Forward (Analogue numbers only)
For businessess needing a seamless transfer to new premises. Calls are re-routed to the new telephone number.

CNI - Ceased Number Intercept (Analogue & non-DDI numbers only)
Callers receive a pre-recorded message informing them of the new phone number

Virtual or "Ghost" Numbers
Convert any existing number to a virtual number that can be diverted to any other number or location. Not restricted to line type.

SIP / Internet Options
Use SIP Trunks to deliver calls to your new premises from your old telephone exchange, via the internet to your new offices.

DDI Redirect
Similar to CNI, a pre-recorded greeting is applied to an entire DDI number range. For ISDN lines only.

Emergency Divert Service

An Ad Hoc Service For Analogue and ISDN2 Phone Lines

If you need to quickly divert your calls from thier current destination to a new phone number in case of emergencies or for disaster recovery, use this sevice.

How To Use
1. Decide on the new destination number for inbound calls.

2. Call Us on 0845 634 0800

3. Your divert will be active within 1 hour.

4. Call us when you want the divert service cancelled.

How Much Does It Cost?

Set-Up Fee: £10.00 per divert

Call Costs: You pay for the re-routed leg of the call at the associated call rate, which will vary according to the type of destination you choose.

Duration

The divert will last as long as you like. It will not expire.

Site Assurance for ISDN30

Pre-Arranged Call Divert Service For ISDN30 Phone Lines

If your business is using ISDN30 lines and needs to quickly divert calls from the current destination to a new phone number, having site assurance in place will make the call diverting process very easy.

Setting Up Site Assurance
1. Decide on the destination number for diverted calls, which will be used whenever you choose to activate the service.

2. Call Us on 0845 634 0800 to set up the site assurance service with your pre-arranged destination number.

3. When you need to activate the service, just call us and all calls will be diverting to the nominated number within 1 hour.

4. Call us when you want the divert service cancelled.

How Much Does Site Assurance Cost?

There are no set-up fees for site assurance. You pay a small additional amount of line rental on each channel of your ISDN30 service.

Site assurance is applied to all of your ISDN30 channels, as in many cases multiple calls may need to be diverted at the same time.


Call Costs: You pay for the re-routed leg of the call at the associated call rate, which will vary according to the type of destination you choose.

Duration
The diverts and site assurance services will last as long as you like. They will not expire until you instruct us otherwise.

Diverting calls is easy for non-geographic number users.

If your customers call you using non-geographic numbers (eg. 0800, 0845), and you need to re-direct your phone calls to a new destination, diverting the calls is very easy.

How To Re-Route Non-Geographics

1. Decide on the new destination number for inbound calls.

How Much Does Diverting Non-Geos Cost?

For analogue lines, this is a contracted service for diverting calls to a new destination
Warning Please note that more flexible diverting products and services are now on offer, however this is a service popular with the main UK call networks which we can provide to your business if required.

How Much Does RCF Cost?

£50 set-up fee plus £23.00 pcm rental, plus the associated telephone line rental cost, plus call costs for the re-routed leg of the call.

Duration
The minimum contract term is 3 months, which is imposed on us by the main network providers that we must therefore pass on.

How CNI Works / How To Use It

1. Decide on the new destination number for inbound calls.

3. The service takes 3-4 working days to become active. Callers will be provided with a pre-recorded greeting, informing them of the new number. They will have to hang up and call your new number.

How Much Does CNI Cost?

CNI is free to set up and costs £10.00 per month rental for the service

Virtual Numbers (aka "Ghost" numbers)

Use a landline telephone number to send calls onward to any destination.

Option 1
For Moving and Relocating Your Business

Convert your existing telephone number into a virtual number, which will automatically route calls to your new destination number or number range. You can even change the destination later if you move again.

Option 2
For Marketing - Show a Local Prescence

We can provide virtual numbers with any UK STD area code that you require, subject to availability. Callers on your virtual number are given the impression that they call a local number, which actually diverts all of the telephone calls to your business, regardless of where it is.

Setting Up A Virtual Number Service

1. Decide on the new destination number for inbound calls, and which UK STD code you require for your virtual number. If you need a new line/number for the destination, ask and we'll set one up for you.

2. Call Us on 0845 634 0800 and we'll prepare an official virtual numbers proposal and/or talk through costs.

3. If you're happy, just email or fax to us your acceptance.

4. Your virtual number service will be active within 2-3 working days.

How Much Do Virtual Numbers Cost?
Set-up costs vary depending on whether you are converting or require a new virtual number service, and which area / number you will require.

As with other diversion services, you pay for the re-routed leg of the call at the associated call rate, which will vary according to the type of destination you choose and call provider.

SIP Trunks - Route Calls Via The Internet with VoIP

Using the latest VoIP technology we can re-route any existing number via the internet.
SIP Trunks for business call diversion
Warning

NOTE
1. Quality of speech and connection is not guaranteed for any telephone call that is routed via internet connections.

2. You will need a VoIP-compatible telephone system or telephony equipment installed at your premises.


Using VoIP and SIP Trunks

After installing new telephone line services as part of an offce move, telephone calls on the old numbers can be routed to your new telephone system at your new location, via the internet using VoIP and SIP Trunks.

SIP Trunks are telephone lines, delivered via the internet. They are hosted by broadband or leased internet connections, and we usually recommend that a dedicated service is in place to minimise the possibility of data congestion.


Telephone calls between sip trunks and sip connections are free of charge, however we recommend you have dedicated broadband or leased internet connections to support them, so SIP calls are not entirely free.

SIP Trunks are rented on a per-line basis similar to PSTN lines, however they are usually 10-20% cheaper than PSTN lines (eg. ISDN).

What Happens To Your Old Number?
We "port" your old number to our internet hosting service. When a customer calls your old phone number, the call is delivered directly to us from the PSTN and from there we deliver your calls to any internet connection using VoIP and SIP.

All you then need to do is install SIP Trunks at your new location and configure your new telephone system and network connections accordingly. The calls arrive in the normal manner via the SIP Trunk connections.

ISDN DDI Caller Redirect

A Relocation Announcement Service For ISDN lines with DDI ranges.

This is an "all-in-one" service, where all calls on a 10-number block of DDI numbers are intercepted with a pre-recorded greeting, informing the caller of a single new number to dial.

How DDI Caller Redirect Works / Setting It Up

1. Decide on the new destination number for inbound calls. If you need new lines / numbers we can help.

2. Decide which of your 10-number DDI blocks will be used for the number redirect service.

2. Call Us on 0845 634 0800 and we'll talk through the service with you and possible options.

3. The service takes 3-4 working days to become active. Callers dialling any one of the DDI numbers within a 10-number range block will be provided with a pre-recorded greeting, informing them of the new number. They will have to hang up and call your new number.

How Much Does DDI Caller Redirect Cost?
Installation costs £315.00 per block of 10 DDI numbers.
Rental costs are £10.00 per month, per block of 10 DDI numbers.
There are no call costs associated with this option.

Duration
The minimum contract term is 1 month.
