MyCalls provides live and historical phone system management information.

MyCalls logs every call made to and from your phone system, including missed or abandoned phone calls. Useful data is stored on phone call activity, for example source and destination telephone numbers, duration of calls, time of calls, user/extension activity and caller waiting times.
The visual display can show a range of live call statistics - as they happen. Cumulative totals of incoming, outgoing or abandoned calls, average time to answer can be displayed and much more. It is easily customised to draw attention to business-critical call information.

Standard and custom reporting tools allow you to manage call traffic and reduce abandoned calls.
MyCalls provides standard pre-configured reports, and a simple wizard allows you to customise them or create bespoke call traffic historical data.
