Avaya one-X Desk phone Value Edition is a new, value-priced family of desk phones designed to meet basic communication needs in a low-cost package with the quality and reliability you expect from Avaya. The one-X Desk phone Value Edition family consists of 3 IP telephones that are designed for the same user profiles as the top-of-the-line one-X Desk phone Edition - 9600 Series which operate on the Avaya high Systems.

- The Avaya 1616 supports 16 administrable feature buttons on the phone itself - and a 32-buttonexpansion model provides access to a total of 48feature keys or speed dial buttons.
- Each of the buttons features a dual LED (red, green) providing explicit status for the user.
- For a familiar look and feel, the 1616 includes several fixed feature keys for common telephone tasks including conference, transfer, drop, hold and mute.
