AVAYA IP OFFICE PHONE MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS
The Phone Manager application delivers this advantage by allowing you to control the telephone terminal from a PC-making traditional call centre information such as caller identification, number dialed by the caller, call history, and queue monitoring available to every employee.
Phone Manager Lite comes with the system as standard, it has limited popping configuration control and cannot pop outlook, it also only allow 10 phone extension to be viewed
Phone Manager Pro allows total flexibility on when the applications pops i.e. when the phone is picked up etc, it will pop outlook and also allows all phones to be viewed on the system

- From Version 4 software the Phone Manager has a new refreshed look as above
- From Version 4 software on the IP Office the Phone Manager now controls IP DECT
- Queue Monitor now shows all calls waiting (new to 4.0)
- ISDN Advice of Charge - information is shown in Call Details area of Phone Manager Pro during outgoing call
iPhone Manager Pro is the IP soft phone version of Phone Manager Pro, enabling all of the productivity tools through a multimedia PC equipped with a sound card, headset, and microphone. Your employees use the same graphical user interface to make, receive, and manage telephone calls-as the application communicates with Avaya IP Office on your LAN. It's a great way to improve the productivity and flexibility of a standard office environment, remote user arrangement, or mobile employee laptop.
