SV8100 VOIP
The NEC Univerge SV8100 is an IP centric system that can operate in a pure IP environment or any mix of Digital and IP phones as required.
The system also has a unique IP networking featured called Net Link, which allows multiple Sv8100 system to effectively operate as one system.
If two SV8100 system are linked together using Netlink the 2nd (slave) system replicates the 1st systems data base and 100% operates as one system, giving one set of system programming, one voicemail etc.
Survivability is critical in any multi site VoIP solution and should the link between sites fail for what ever reason the two (or multiple systems) will revert to standalone systems using local lines to make and receive calls.
