Faults and Re-programming
Often faults and re-programming requests can be dealt with by our engineering team who provide remote access support, which can lead to quicker fix times so you are not left with unnecessary downtime, however, when a visit is required they will arrange a for an engineer to come to site.
Covered by Maintenance Contracts
On many occasions faults can be fixed remotely and in the case that this has not been possible engineering visits are provided free of charge when your system is covered by a maintenance contract from Southern Communications. In the first instance our desk based engineering support will talk through any issues or requirements you have and establish how best to resolve faults and undertake any additional upgrades and programming.
