We provide comprehensive in-house fully accredited support and maintenance for Splicecom business telephone systems. We hold over £150,000.00 of maintenance phone system equipment stock to cover almost any emergency.
We have been supplying and maintaining Splicecom Maximiser systems since 2004 and have full in-house remote support as well as field-based engineers.
All of our Splicecom support engineers and employed directly by Southern Communications.
Queries are handled by our in-house support team at our head office, and maintenance work is carried out by our engineering staff, either remotely or with a visit from one of our field-based engineers.
Due to the volume of equipment we provide, Splicecom system reliability and our direct relationship with Splicecom, our annual fees for support will be lower than your current expenditure.
